Shipping methods

Products marked ‘available’ are shipped within a maximum of 3 days if the order is placed by midnight. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or e-mail about the status of your order.

The available shipping methods are:

– COURIER – delivery to your door or address of your choice
– PICK UP FROM OUR SHOP – You can pick up your order from our shoplocated at Peloponnisou 11, 54632, Thessaloniki. Pick-up hours: 10:00 – 14:30, Monday-Saturday.

GREECE

The orders are shipped through Elta Courier and the shipping cost varies depending on the size and weight of your order.

EUROPE

Orders to Europe are shipped with ELTA and shipping costs follow the official price list.

PAYMENT METHODS

For your convenience and service of all those who wish to purchase from our online store, we offer the following payment methods:

– All major debit or credit cards via the secure Viva.com environment

– IRIS transfer (see below for the phone number)

– Bank transfer (Payment for your order precedes the execution of the order. In the justification, be sure to note either your order number or the recipient’s name as it is registered on the order. Orders without a confirmed deposit will be canceled within 5 days)
